LICENCEE’S LICENCED IN OTHER JURIDICTIONS WHO HAVE A FORM
REGISTERED WITH THEIR HOME RACING COMMISSIONS CAN SUBMIT A COPY IF IT
IS DATED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD ALLOWED.
A CURRENT FIRE ARM CERTIFICATE WILL BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF DISCLOSURE OF CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
